If you are the coordinator we are looking for, you already know very well the tasks of a human resources person in a manufacturing environment. So let's get to it briefly!
The incumbent will be responsible for all of the company's human resources management (excluding the construction sector), including corporate culture, organizational development and talent acquisition.
Always on the lookout for new trends, he/she develops his field of expertise and innovative practices in order to contribute to the growth of the organization as well as its profitability by developing and developing internal policies and procedures by integrating the new trends in HR.
Here is a bonus summary of responsibilities:
• Staffing and retention: all processes;
• Assessment and training: the whole process;
• Internal policies and programs: participation, implementation, support and monitoring;
• Occupational health and safety: ensure sound health and safety management in the factory;
• Advisory role: this is where your expertise will be greatly appreciated by managers and supervisors. You will be the point of contact for all human resources matters.

Training requirements

  • BAC in business administration, human resources management or industrial relations, or any equivalent training;
  • 10 years of experience in human resources management in a factory environment;
  • Experience with international recruitment;
  • CRHA or CRIA designation (asset);
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written);
  • Proficiency in Office Suite software;
  • Professionalism, sense of ethics, discretion, leadership…
