Job description

Under the responsibility of the finance and IT director, the incumbent will have to provide support at the level of several departments. This versatile person will have to perform tasks that are only intended for him and will fill the needs of the moment in other departments.
More specifically, the administrative assistant / receptionist will

- Receive and route telephone calls, welcome visitors, provide general information according to the information available, and perform administrative tasks to help manage the business of the business;
- Process emails, mail and postal items;
- Transmit receipts to customers and manage exchanges against payment;
- Transmit the denunciations of contracts;
- Support the accounts receivable department
- Process the sending of invoices and account statements;
- Validate delivery notes for billing purposes;
- Manage small steel orders and invoice counter sales
- Reprint of delivery notes;
- Make the corrections in the company log (Le TAG)
- Miscellaneous classification



Training requirements

- DEP in secretarial, DEC in office automation or any other relevant training;
- Perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Bilingualism, both oral and written;
- Construction experience (an asset)
